framework of supported businesses to provide supplies/services under the
following lots:
1. Healthcare products
2. Signage
3. Furniture
4. Recycling Services
Participation in any tender exercise following this Prior Information
Notice will be limited to economic operators which are sheltered
workshops/work programmes or who will perform any call-off contract
awarded under the framwork in the context of sheltered
workshop(s)/programme(s), persuant to Artical 19 Directive 2004/18/EC.
This will be an "All Wales" framework and public sector contracting
authorities across Wales will be able to place call-off contracts under
it.

request from the above contact.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

employment programmes.
