I.2) MAIN ACTIVITY OR ACTIVITIES OF THE CONTRACTING ENTITY: Production,
transport and distribution of gas and heat.
SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM
II.1) TITLE ATTRIBUTED TO THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM BY THE CONTRACTING
ENTITY: System of qualification – computer and related services.
II.3) DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS, SERVICES OR GOODS TO BE PROCURED THROUGH
THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM: The qualification system qualifies contractors
of computer and related services to meet the needs of the Gaz de France
group and its main subsidiaries. The activities concerned are divided up
in 4 segments: - Research, conception, support activities, -
Actualization, - Maintenance, - Operation. Each one of these segments is
associated with technical areas, each couple segment / area offers one
possible unit of qualification.
II.4) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 72000000.
II.5) CONTRACTS COVERED BY THIS QUALIFICATION SYSTEM ARE COVERED BY THE
GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT (GPA): No.
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.1.1) Qualification for the system Conditions to be fulfilled by
economic operators in view of their qualification: Every contractor
wishing to apply must request in writing (e-mail) a file of examination of
capacity, from the coordinators indicated in point I.1. This file must be
returned correctly completed, accompanied by financial participation and
by administrative and financial documents. The items treated with in this
file concern mainly: - The identification of the company; - its financial
data; - its human resources; - its activity and its references in the
areas of qualification Any company already qualified in the framework of
the qualification system referenced in JOUE under the number 2003 / S
17-013531 remains qualified once it updates the identification and
financial information details. This additional file must be requested from
the contacts quoted in point I.1, in the 3 months following the present
advertising.

VI.2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Companies that are already qualified in
certain areas / segments and that are wishing to obtain a additional
qualification may apply in writing (e-mail). In this case, the file of
examination of capacity will concern only the areas to be qualified in.
This file must be returned completed, accompanied by the administrative
and financial documents. In order to do this, companies will have to
indicate in their request, the areas and additional segments in which they
want to be qualified. The language maintained for all the communications
is French.
