invites expressions of interest for a framework agreement for the
Provision of Interview Tape Transcribing Services for a 3-year period with
an option to extend for 1 further year.
The authority shall require such services to be provided if the current
in-house transcription service has insufficient capacity to meet demand.
The following forces have indicated that they may use the Services of such
a framework agreement however the authority cannot guarantee any level of
business from any force:
Gwent Police Authority (lead force).
North Wales Police Authority.
Dyfed Powys Police Authority.
Devon and Cornwall Police Authority.
This framework agreement shall also be available to any UK Police Force to
use if required.
