NHH's service is managing furnished housing stock offered to a variety of
London Boroughs as temporary accommodation. In order to improve overall
quality of service, NHH is now seeking a single contractor to work in
partnership with them to respond to the reactive maintenance needs of
their tenants. In addition the successful bidder shall undertake
repair/upgrade works to individual premises as they are vacated in
readiness for occupation by new tenants. Service may include provision of
furniture. Construction work. Refurbishment work. Building installation
work. Overhaul and refurbishment work. Refurbishment work. Domestic
furniture. Building-cleaning services. Repair, maintenance and
installation services.
