Council is undertaking the refurbishment of an existing Grade C Listed
building in the centre of Aberdeen to create a new Tier III Data Centre
and Contact Centre. The works will include structural alterations and the
complete refurbishment of all internal and external areas. The works will
also include specialist mechanical and electrical installations. The
appointment of a Main Contractor is now required and this contract is the
subject of this notice. The contract will be tendered using a Single Stage
Traditional Form of Contract.
