LOT NO 1
TITLE: Contact Centre services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Capture and processing of orders for the home
compost bins. Handling of enquiries and dealing with complaints. Managing
the flow of information to/from both the order processing system and the
activities required in Lot 2 and 3.

TITLE: Logistics services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Storage of up to 100 000 home compost bins at any
one time in 2009 and 2010.
Delivery of home compost bins to individual households.
Manage one day sales when required.
Occasional collection of bins from manufacturers sites.
Collection, when required, from individual households.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 63600000.

TITLE: Fulfilment services for Accessories
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Fulfilment services for the home composting
accessory scheme via mail order, internet sales and/or the call centre.
