with a group of companies that will support the Executive Director and his
staff during the membership negotiation process and in the management of
the membership agreements. This support is expected to take place in the

regime; - Identification, assessment and solving of conflict of interests;
- Legal form of candidate members; Treatment of in kind contributions; Any
other legal and contractual aspects under Community, public or private law
linked to Public-Private-Partnerships, including taxation and competition.
