Reference to project(s) and/or programme(s): Funding for the LIN-K and the
host organisation is received by the local authority from the Department
of Health. The length of the contract for the host organisation is for 3
years from April 2008 to March 2011. The DOH has announced that the
allocation for North Somerset for LIN-KS is 121 000 GBP for 2008-09. The
funding for LIN-KS has been included within the Area-Based Grant. The
funding level for 2008-09 has been confirmed as 121 000 GBP.
