1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: — the removal of elaborate refrigeration services -
the clearing and remodelling of existing accommodation to form a recycling
hall and office accommodation - the construction of a vehicle maintenance
workshop - the construction of structures to accommodate food waste - the
modification and extension of car parking facilities within the site -
yard hard-standing and suitable overnight parking with security fencing -
diesel refuelling facilities - automatic lorry washing plant -
installation of a weighbridge.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: — 600 metres of existing public road to be widened

footpath, lighting, drainage, hedging, fencing and other ancillary items -
junction improvements.
