II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Organisation of
package-tours. The Authority has a requirement for the Provision of
Realities of War Package Tours to Northern Europe Battlefields. The Tours
will be for Soldiers from Army Foundation College Harrogate (AFC), Army
Training Regiment Winchester, Army Training Regiment Bassingborne and Army
Training Centre Pirbright. The Tours to include the provision of; Coach,
Ferry, Accommodation, Food and Tour Guides.
It is envisaged that no more than 6 companies will be invited to Tender.
Companies expressing an interest in tendering for this requirement must
supply supporting information in English when they register their
interest. Please provide the following evidence:
— Statement of overall turnover,
— Proven track record in provision of similar requirements in the last 3
years,
— Qualifications of Tour Guides.
