I.2) MAIN ACTIVITY OR ACTIVITIES OF THE CONTRACTING ENTITY: Production,
transport and distribution of gas and heat

SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM
II.1) TITLE ATTRIBUTED TO THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM BY THE CONTRACTING
ENTITY: Operations related to offshore construction and maintenance of
submarine power cables and gas pipes.
II.2) TYPE OF CONTRACT: Works.
II.3) DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS, SERVICES OR GOODS TO BE PROCURED THROUGH
THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM: The following works are included: 1)
Transportation of submarine power cables. 2) Laying of submarine power
cables. 3) Burial and protection of submarine power cables and gas pipes.
______________ In the period from 2008-2010 3 infrastructure projects are
under way; Construction of a HVDC submarine power cable connection between
Funen and Zealand and construction of connections to offshore transformer
platforms at the offshore wind farms, Horns Rev 2 and Rødsand 2. Major
parts of the construction works are included in the qualification system.
Please Notice it is Anticipated ihat ihe 1St Tender Under ihis Programe is
Submitted 17.8.2007 Concerning The Burial of The Horns Rev 2 Submarine
Cable.
The work itself is to be carried summer/autumn 2008. ______________ It is
anticipated that suitable companies or consortiums will be qualified for
one or more of the works.

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.1.1) Qualification for the system Conditions to be fulfilled by
economic operators in view of their qualification: Information about the
circumstances of the contractor and formalities necessary for the
evaluation of the minimum economic, financial and technical capacity
required. The information provided in response to the questions set out
below shall be specific and unambiguous in all instances. For Consortiums
of contractors, the information must be stated for each individual
contractor. Legal position - means of proof required: 1. A solemn
declaration stating whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations
with regard to the payment of contributions to social security schemes in
pursuance of the rules and regulations in force in the country in which
the tenderer is established, and in Denmark. 2. A solemn declaration
stating whether the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations with regard to
the payment of taxes and duties in pursuance of the rules and regulations
in force in Denmark. 3. Documentation that the tenderer is not in 1 of the
situations listed in Directive 2004/18/EC. Tenderers domiciled in Denmark
must provide documentation in the form of a service certificate from the
Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. Tenderers domiciled outside Denmark
must provide the necessary documentation in another way from the relevant
authorities in their country of domicile. 4. A declaration concerning the
tenderer's total revenue and the tenderer's revenue from the services
covered by the agreement within the past 3 financial years. 5. The
tenderer's most recent balance sheet. 6. Documentation of relevant
commercial insurance. 7. Educational and professional qualifications of
the tenderer and the tenderer's staff, especially the staff responsible
for the execution of the works. 8. List of the most significant similar
works executed in the course of the past 3 years. 9. Description of the
measures taken by the tenderer to guarantee quality. 10. Description of
the tenderer's equipment used for transport of power cables, laying of
power cables, burial and protection of power cables and gas pipes. 11.
Precise information concerning the name of the company/consutium, Contact
information, Adresses, Phone numbers, VAT Numbers, Bank affiliations and
Company structure (daughter companies, ownership, etc.).

RELATED TO A PROJECT AND/OR PROGRAMME FINANCED BY COMMUNITY FUNDS: No.

in the qualification system do not need to apply again. As the owner of
the overall infrastructure, Energinet.dk maintains the security of supply
and ensures the smooth operation of the market for electricity and gas in
Denmark. Energinet.dk owns and operates the gas transmission grid and the
400 kV electricity transmission grid and is co-owner of the international
connections between Denmark and the Nordic countries and Germany (132 kV -
400 kV). Furthermore Energinet.dk owns and operates the 60 kV connection
between the island Bornholm and the South of Sweden. Energinet.dk is an
independent public undertaking owned by the Danish state as represented by
the Danish Ministry of Transport and Energy. Energinet.dk has its own
Supervisory Board. The company was established pursuant to the Danish Act
on Energinet Danmark from December 2004.
