Alarms, Cell Call and Night Pegging Systems in 18 establishement located
in the North East and Yorkshire and Humberside area and Cell Call only for
8 High Security establishments located nationally.

Main place of performance: 7 HMPS establishments in the North East of
England, 11in the Yorkshire and Humberside area and 8 nationally within
the High Security Estate.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Main contract to be divided into 3 main
geographical lots. Further sub lots may be added to ensure the servicing
requirements meet the skills and competancies required to maintain each
alarm system.

3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Servicing based on current legislation requirements
and HMPS servicing policy.
Estimated cost excluding VAT: 450 000,00 GBP.

contract).

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: Yes.
Full Site Surveys within your interested lots are compulsory at tender
stage. Those suppliers who do not attend full site visits to view the
systems shall be disqualified. All submitted tender bids shall be based on
actual site visits.
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Information

bankrupt or is being wound up, where his affairs are being administered by

of a conviction for corruption, as defined in Article 3 of the Council Act
of 26.5.1972 and Article 3(1) of Council Joint Action 98/742/JHA3
respectively; (j) has been the subject of a conviction for fraud within
the meaning of Article 1 of the Convention relating to the protection of
the financial interests of the European Communities.

required: All participating suppliers must take cognisance of all relevant
and pertinent UK and European legislation in fulfilling the requirement in
relation to Fire Alarm, General Alarm, Cell Call and Night Pegging.
