Trust Group intends to establish a framework agreement of service
providers to deliver Stakeholder Management, Corporate Communications and
Public Affairs support for the Carbon Trust Group. It is anticipated that
3 to 6 bidders will be appointed onto the framework for a period of 4
years, with the role of "lead agency" awarded for an initial 12 month
period (and re-competed amongst the framework thereafter).

bidders will be appointed onto the framework for a period of 4 years, with
the role of "lead agency" awarded for an initial 12 month period (and
re-competed amongst the framework thereafter). The Carbon Trust also
reserves the right to place scopes of work with its other Marketing Agency
contractors from time to time at its absolute discretion.

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Background
information about the service provider including full name, address,
telephone number and principal contact. Details of company's corporate
registration or equivalent, corporate structure and main areas of

necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: 1) Evidence of
professional risk indemnity insurance. 2) A statement covering the 3
previous financial years of the service provider of the service provider's
business.

has adequate professional risk indemnity insurance. 2) Evidence of service
provider's ability to perform the services required.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met: 1) The service provider's technical
ability, taking into account in particular that service provider's skills,
efficiency, experience and reliability. 2) A statement of the principal
services provided by the service provider in the past 3 years. 3) In
relation to the services to be provided under the contract, a statement of
the service provider's measures for ensuring quality. 4) The service
provider's educational and professional qualifications where the service
provider is an individual and if any, those of the service provider's
managerial staff; and those of the one or more persons who would be
responsible for providing the services or carrying out the work or works
under the contract.
