solution including but not limited to:
i) telephony systems to support in excess of 12,000 Trust personnel and
other users at all Trust sites. The solution may comprise fixed and /or
wireless systems based upon IP telephony, a hybrid solution or other
appropriate technologies;
ii) Voice processing/messaging, contact centre and other communications
systems and applications;
iii) Optionally Any necessary associated uplift and or support of the
Trust's data network developments (comprising 7500 + active data devices)
to support the seamless interface with the telephony solutions and
applications;
iv) Optionally future telecommunications developments and data networking
developments during a long term contract.
