The Agency approves and allocates funding to various projects in the North
East Region of England to assist in economic regeneration.
The Agency needs to ensure that projects are being delivered in accordance
with the business case and its funding agreements.
The requirement is to inspect the projects and test the claims funding
recipients are making. Visits to projects to undertake this activity are
referred to as verification visits.
Services required include project verification activity, testing the
validity of outputs and finances.
