SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: A performance bond on parent company guarantee may be required from the consultant for each contract awarded under the Framework Agreement commensurate with the value of contract awarded. III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: In order to cover the cost of contract management, the Framework Manager will charge a management fee to Consultants for each appointment by a Client to carry out a Project under the Framework.
