SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The content of this procurement is to
complete a joint assessment of the effects of the relocation of the
Norwegian Competition Authority, the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority,
the Norwegian Post and Telecommunication Authority, the Norwegian Maritime
Directorate, the Norwegian Media Authority and the Norwegian Coastal
Administration, including regional and organisational effects as well as
effects on goal achievement. The assessment shall also include regional
effects of the relocation of the Directorate for Civil Protection and
Emergency Planning. The assessment shall be carried out based on the
instructions for assessment of relocation of official activities:
“Retningslinjer for evaluering av utflytting av statlig virksomhet”. The
