Execution of electro technical installations of the object Old Theatre
Skopje.

electro technical installations of the object Old Theatre Skopje according
to the interpretative project phase electrical installations (strong and
weak power) surface of object: CCA 9 800 m². The object is foreseen to be
used as a theatrical space with subsidiary rooms, scene and auditorium.
The purposes of individual rooms are defined as a theatrical scene, lobby,
offices, corridors, wardrobes, cabinets, subsidiary rooms. Short
description of the works: energetic distribution, illumination, weak
circuit installations (TT, PC, PPZ, CCTV), reserved watering, lightning
rod installation and grounding.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: 3.1.1.

III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Report for the balance
sheet notarized by the authorized body i.e. revise balance sheet or
fragment of the report for the balance sheet in case when the publication
of the balance sheet is law regulated in the country where the economic
operator is registered for the last 3 years (2005, 2006 and 2007) -
statements from the total turnover of the enterprise (information of the
success balance issued by the authorized body, i.e. revise balance of the
success) for the last 3 years (2005, 2006 and 2007).
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum annual turnover
of the financial means of the economic operator in the last 3 years (2005,
2006 and 2007) of 1 000 000 EUR.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met: — List of executed works from same or
similar type of execution of this kind of buildings in the last 5 years,
with naming of the total value of the works, investors 9 referential
list), dates and amounts; - at least 3 certificates issued by the
suppliers for which a previous supply is being conducted of works from
same or similar type of execution of objects of building contraction in
the last 5 years, for suitable, at time and for quality conduction of the
work by the supplier. - notarized statement of the authorized person of
the supplier for the number, qualified structure and working internship of
the technical staff and for other experts that are working for him that
will be responsible for the realization of the quality, that the works
will be quality conducted and in accordance to the valid standards for
that kind of work; - evidences (certificates or attests) issued by the
authorized bodies, organizations or other legal persons for quality
control, with which the quality of the products and the services of the
supplier will be confirmed; - Number and qualified structure of the
employers (professional competence for the subject of the procurement) and
description of the manager’s abilities of the leading persons of the
supplier; - list of the technical and transport means with which the
supplier is at disposal and are in functional condition; - written
statement of the authorized person of the supplier with which the supplier
or any other authorized person is allowed, if necessary, to execute an
investigation of the production and building competences of the supplier;
- written statement of the authorized person with which, for the executed
works, the supplier gives a guarantee of 2 9 two) years after finishing of
the building activities.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: 1. To enclose a list of
minimum 3 executed objects from building contraction in the last 10 years
or objects in building in the country or abroad whose square surface is
not smaller than 9 800 m² and value higher than 2 000 000 EUR; 2. To
submit evidence that possesses high professional staff with working
experience from at least 5 years from these occupations: - electro
engineers minimum 2 - electro technician minimum 2 3. To submit evidence
that possesses with VKV/KV working hand as for: - electrician 10; 3.2.5.
Standards for system qualities The works will be conducted in accordance
to the standards, regulations and technical regulative for this kind of
works. 3.2.6. Standards for managing with the environment The object is
not in the category that endangers the environment.
