Development of street pavements and side drains of Jail Road (Phase-I) from Bank Colony Turning Point to Hindon Public School corner (Near Gali No.19 of D-1 Block) of Harsh Vihar unauthorized colony in Seemapuri Constituency1) Excavation/desalting of earth, silt, garbage, slush and other unhygienic deposits etc. from the existing drain to bring it to the designed section including disposal of excavated material out side of the drain within a lead of 50m. and all lifts including execution of work in or under water and liquid mud and under foul conditions, as at site of Jail Road Drain, including the cost of care and diversion, dewatering of standing, flowing or sludge/sewage in and entering into the drain from any sources whatsoever, including the cost of construction of x-bundies, @50m center to center or part thereof with earth filled E.C. bags and subsequent removal of x-bundies up to designed bed level, as required for satisfactory execution of work and where required for helping in taking out the excavated material out side the drain, including keeping the drain free from floating material etc. till the completion of work all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 2) Carriage of excavated material under Item No.1 within a lead of 1 K.M. by mechanical transport in Gali No.26, 27,28,29 and its cross Gali of C-3 Block of Harsh Vihar or as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including loading, unloading leveling dressing etc. all complete. 3) Supply of good earth by mechanical transport from including loading, unloading and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm. in depth breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments for roads flood banks and marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions within a lead of 5 Km and lift upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil. 4) Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4 coarse sand). 5.) 12mm cement plaster of mix with neat cement punning of 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand). 6) Reinforcement for RCC work, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete cold twisted bars 7) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor plates, plain window, sills and the like including the cost of required centering and shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm. thick cement plaster 1:3(1cement:3 fine sand) on exposed surface but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size). 8) Supplying and stacking of over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate at site of size range 90mm to 45mm. 9) Laying water bound macadam, sub-base brick agg. and binding material, earth etc. including screening sorting and spreading to template and consolidation with light power road roller etc. complete (payment for brick aggregate to be made separately) over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 90mm to 45mm. 10) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size). 11) Providing and fixing 12mm and 50mm deep wooden strip for making construction and longitudinal joints and removing the wooden strip by chisel cutting. 12) Cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3 (1cement: 1 ½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mm. nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.
