II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Vestvågøy
council has, in case K-025/08 decided that a quality controlled model
under the direction of the municipality will form the basis for the future
operation of the water and sewage installations.
We have therefore described the service that we would like to receive, so
that service providers can compete for this service for Vestvågøy
municipality.
