together with its NHS partners, is seeking an organisation, with
demonstrable experience and skills in community engagement, local
networking, facilitation and working with individuals from all sectors of
the community and a wide range of provider groups to become the 'Host' of
the LINk in Barnsley. The 'Host' will be responsible for the
establishment, diversity of membership and supporting the ongoing day to
day activities of the LINk to carry out the following activities:
1. Promoting and supporting the involvement of people in the
commissioning, provision and scrutiny of local health and care services
including building on existing networks
2. Obtaining the views of people about their needs for, and experiences of
local health and care services and signposting people where appropriate
3. Enabling people to monitor and review the commissioning and provision
of health and care services and
4. Making their views known to the people responsible for commissioning,
providing, managing and scrutinising those views.

Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally
within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may
order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to
amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered
into the court may only award damages.
