III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: A performance bond of 10 % of
the total contract price will be required.

reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Payment in full on
delivery/installation.

whom the contract is to be awarded: Joint and several liability to be
assumed by all group bidders before acceptance.
