Council on behalf of HM Coroner wishes to invite tender submissions for
Coroner's Removals throughout Kent and Medway. The contract is for the
removal of bodies from place of death to a Hospital Mortuary. The contract
is of 4 years duration commencing 1.2.2009.
Tenders are invited from funeral directors who must have the facilities to
be at the place of death within one hour from receipt of request to
attend. Funeral directors must have been trading for at least three years
and must be able to provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year service.
