II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This three year requirement is for a single event management company to stage the annual Air Day at RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall. This is a one day event attracting some 30,000 visitors and requires a full range of services to be provided. this includes Medical facilities, Publicity, Management of Air Displays, Site and Visitor management and provision of Catering Retail and Leisure facilities including provision of concessions. The event takes place mid summer dates to be provided. The Authority reserves the right to issue a PQQ at any time. It is intended to invite a maximum of 6 tenderers. This is a high profile event and only companies with experience in managing such events should apply. Due to the nature of this requirement interest is welcomed from companies interested in supplying individual parts of the contract. This will however be limited to Lot No's 1, 2 and 3 details of which are provided within this notice.
