the contract (KI102) involves establishment of barracks rig for the
Holmenkollen National Arena Project. Both hire and purchase of barracks
may be relevant. The purchase of operational services is published in a
separate contract (K1101). Further information of the procurement’s extent

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The tender notice includes establishment
of barracks rig (procurement of barracks) for all main elements, works,
areas and contracts for the Holmenkollen National Arena’s up-grading

communications in connection with the procurement process shall be via
