year contract with an option to extend at the discretion of the
contracting authority for a further period of up to 12 months.

reserves the right to request parent company guarantees of financial
liability.

III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

may be disqualified who does not respond to the following in the requisite
manner: 1. Entering general PQQ supplier information WHS utilizes the NHS
Supplier Information database (NHS-sid) and/or Sell2 Wales to manage and
assess general pre-qualification information in the form of a profile.
Candidates are requested to either: ii) Register company information on
the Sell2Wales website at www.sell2wales.co.uk 2. Submission of expression
of interest and procurement specific information i) Candidates should
register on the WHS eTendering portal https://whs.bravosolution.com ii)
Once registered, candidates must express your interest as follows a) login
to WHS eTendering portal b) select Response to OJEU advert and PQQ c)
select PQQs Open To All Suppliers d) access listing related to this
contract (title Meat Raw Frozen & Chilled) and view details e) click on
"Express Interest" button in the "Actions" box on the left-hand side of
the page iii) Once you have expressed interest, the PQQ will move to "My
PQQs", where you can download additional documentation and where you can
construct your reply as instructed. You must then publish your reply using
the publish button iv) For any support in submitting your expression of

to tender, this may be done in whole or in part via electronic means using
the internet, and may also be through the medium of an electronic reverse

2. The contracting authority is not bound to award a contract in whole or
part;
3. The contracting authority will not bear the tender costs of any of the
tenderers;
4. In reference to i.1.9 (Variants) to the extent permitted, if at all, in
the tender documents;
5. Prospective Suppliers should note that Welsh Health Supplies is part of
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University NHS Trust acting on behalf of
participating NHS Trusts in Wales;
6. The contracting authority reserves the right to evaluate each lot as a
seperate contract.
VI.4) PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL
VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for
lodging appeals: The contracting authority will incorporate a minimum of
10 calender day standstill period at the point information on the award of
contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful
tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before
the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the
notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and
that information has to be provided a minimum 3 working days before the
expiry of the standstill period. Such additional debriefing should be
requested from the address in Section I.1.
