Brighton & Hove City Council is therefore seeking expressions of interest from innovative and suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors to carry out its improvement programme planned capital works of various internal and external works, including the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, doors, windows, electrical re-wiring, window maintenance, cyclical redecorations and other improvement works and responsive repairs and maintenance. Brighton & Hove City Council is also seeking expressions of interest from contractors to undertake project works such as unplanned capital works and new build, depending on the business needs of Brighton & Hove City Council. Brighton & Hove City Council is also seeking expressions of interest for its gas servicing, installation and maintenance programme, should the works become necessary. It is envisaged that the above works will be split into four lots as further described in Annex B.
