Saothair (the "Contracting Authority"), the Training and Employment
Authority is seeking to establish multi-supplier framework agreements for
professional consultancy services as set out in more detail in the
pre-qualification questionnaire (the "Framework Agreement").
The type of professional services works which may be awarded under the
Framework Agreement will include consultancy services relating to new
build, refurbishment of existing buildings, office and training facilities
fit-out, alterations/extensions, the preparation of reports, partial
services and the provision of property valuation services in respect of
the FÁS property portfolio. The Contracting Authority intends to establish
different lots under the Framework Agreement for different regions and
different categories of work. Prospective Service Providers may express an
interest in one or more lots.
