Assembly Government seeks a provider to supply and deliver one off
(monograph) publications to its office at Cathays Park, Cardiff with the
possibility of delivery required at all or some of the Assembly offices
located throughout Wales. Orders will be placed with the provider as and
when required. Please note that this is not a print contract, the contract
relates to the purchase of already published materials. Organisations
wishing to express an interest in undertaking this requirement should
request a pre qualification questionnaire from the address given at
section 1 of this notice. Deadline for receipt of completed questionnaire
will be 17:00 on Thursday 23.10.2008.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: The Welsh Assembly Government
reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of
performance and financial liability.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Tenders are to be
priced in sterling and payment in sterling only.
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: No special legal form required, but
joint and several liability to be assumed by all group bidders before
acceptance.

questionnaire and return it completed with any associated documentation to
the address given at section 1 of this notice by 17:00 on Thursday
23.10.2008. All correspondence must quote contract number C116/2008/09.
