The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Fuel For The Movement Of Means Of Transport (Vehicles, Garbage Trucks, Construction Machinery), Adblue For Diesel Vehicles, The Supply Of Fuel For Hand Tools That Use Liquid Fuel (H/G, Lawnmowers, Lawnmowers) As Well As The Supply Of Heating Oil For The Heating Of The Municipality'S Kindergartens And The Primary And Secondary School Complexes. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Twenty-Four (24) Months. The Contract Will Be Awarded With The Criterion Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, For The Fuel Based On The Largest % Discount On The Legally Determined Average Retail Price For Each Type Of Fuel On The Day Of Its Delivery, As Determined By The Respective Price List Issued By The Liquid Fuels Observatory Of The Ministry Of Development And Competitiveness Or Another Competent Body As Applicable From Time To Time In Accordance With The Current Legislation, For The Prefecture Of Heraklion And For Adblue Based On Price.
